The year was 1987. In '91, the Marchese del Grillo opened its doors to all its guests. This 30-year-long history brings us to today: the villa has remained true to itself, but also in step with the times: the gourmet restaurant and the swimming pool are two of the property's major attractions, as are the dreamy rooms.
Mario has specialized in the art of hospitality, becoming Hotel Director, as well as Maitre and Sommelier, always ready to fascinate clients with the vast selection of labels that the Marchese del Grillo's precious wine cellar houses and suggesting, from time to time, the best combination between the wines offered and the dishes chosen by guests and masterfully cooked by Mamma Emanuela, the point of reference of the relais's kitchen.
