as announced, we present an evening that embraces two different territories, not too far from us but different in winemaking tradition. We will have the pleasure of having the Sergio Mottura winery and the Adanti company with us… not to be missed, also because the producers themselves will be the ones to tell the stories about the wines and the territories.

The appointment is for Friday 14 April at 8.30 pm

The wines?
From Sergio Mottura's cellar in Civitella d'Agliano (VT)

  • Brut nature classic method from Chardonnay grapes

And then two interpretations of the Grechetto grape:

  • Poggio della Costra
  • Latour to Civitella

From the Adanti company in Bevagna (PG), we will focus on Sagrantino with:

  • Montefalco Rosso Riserva 16
  • Montefalco Sagrantino Riserva Il Domenico
  • Montefalco Sagrantino Passito

Chef Marco Cappelletti , with his brigade, offers you:

  • Welcome aperitif with fried food
  • Pheasant terrine with sour sauce
  • Potato mousse, mustard and crunchy egg
  • Tagliatella with white pigeon ragout and lemongrass bitters
  • Medallion of oxtail with foie gras escalope and pear
  • Chocolate variation

The price of the Mottura&Adanti evening is €60,00 per person
