Selvapiana evening

Dear Friends and Wine Enthusiasts,
We offer you an evening that has its roots in the most authentic Tuscan tradition ... through a cellar that has become a reference point of excellence not only for the specific denomination but for the whole Sangiovese. We will have the pleasure of hosting a winery from other times: Fattoria Selvapiana.

The appointment is for Friday 24 February 2023 at 8.30 pm.

Federico Giuntini leads this historic company which is housed in a Renaissance villa which also preserves centenary wines. The company is synonymous with the "Rufina" denomination, but all the interpretations of Sangiovese are valuable.

For this evening we will focus on their Chianti and we will have the pleasure of knowing and appreciating two vintages of the company's Cru:

• Chianti Rufina 2021
• Chianti Rufina Riserva Bucerchiale 2019
• Chianti Rufina Riserva Bucerchiale 2013
• Vin Santo del Chianti Rufina

From the kitchen, Chef Marco Cappelletti and his team offer you:

• Pheasant Breast in the cylinder & liver pate
• Tagliatella with oxtail ragout
• Deer in foie gras sauce
• Pear Delight
• Coffee

The price to participate in the evening is €60,00 per person
