On Sunday, March 1st, the first episode of Green Tour aired, the new television format hosted by Edoardo Raspelli and Sofia Bruscoli, dedicated to Italian territories that stand out for quality of life, sustainability and entrepreneurial spirit.
For its national debut, the program’s cameras chose the province of Ancona, showcasing its excellence through landscapes, culture, traditions and local businesses that represent the very best of the Marche region.
Among the featured realities representing the identity and value of the province was also the restaurant Il Marchese del Grillo, an ambassador of a cuisine that brings together territory, memory and creativity.
During the segment, the gastronomic philosophy of chef Marco Cappelletti was highlighted, focusing on the use and enhancement of local ingredients and on a cuisine capable of reinterpreting Marche’s culinary tradition with a contemporary sensibility.
