Jazz and bubbles

We are delighted to present the 2026 edition of “Jazz & Bubbles”, a fixture of our Summer and part of the FabriJazz calendar, which reaches its 13th edition this year!

The appointment is for Thursday 20 August, at 8:00 pm.
As always, the Jam Session of the teachers of the courses is one of the most eagerly awaited events; this year too promises to be rich, lively, and unpredictable... international guests and local artists will take turns playing Jazz without a pre-established script.

Co-star of the evening, besides the music, are the bubbles. In the glasses, this year, France will return! The prestigious winery Gustave Lorentz is based in the picturesque medieval village of Bergheim, in the heart of Alsace, and is one of the historical wineries of the region, active since 1836 and always in the hands of the same family ever since.

Menu of the evening:

• Carpaccio squared with celery and mint gazpacho
• Vegetable bundle with baked ricotta cream
• “As if it were a pulled pork!” with coleslaw
• Coffee cheesecake with red fruit ristretto
• Coffee

Upon arrival, a welcome glass of Alsace Riesling Dry Reserve 2024 will be served with a welcome tartlet.

From Maison Gustave Lorentz, two classic method sparkling wines:

• Crémant d'Alsace Brut (Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Gris)
• Crémant d'Alsace Brut Rosè (Pinot Noir)

The price for the evening is:

€70 per person.

Convivial tables, for at least 6 people. Reserved tables for at least 4 people.
The event will take place in the garden, in a colorful, cool, and charming setting. In case of bad weather, the event will take place regularly, but we will move into the indoor dining rooms.

Reservation mandatory and in chronological order until sold out.
With prior notice, our kitchen will be happy to prepare alternative menus for various intolerances and dietary requirements.
