The most delicious event of the year is back!
LE PINCINELLE traditional local dish: pasta made from bread dough and served with so-called "sughi finti" (fake sauces), prepared without meat, using simple yet flavor-rich ingredients!
This year, 4 Chefs will compete by reinterpreting the recipe in 4 different versions, while keeping its spirit intact.
And in the end, you will vote for your favorite!

8:00 PM – START OF THE CHALLENGE
